Children's Place Cooperative Inc strives to provide child care that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, supportive, and educational environment.
Our Philosophy
Children's Pace Co-op treats children as citizens with their own rights. Children deserve the opportunity to learn through exploring their environments in their own unique way.

We strive to assist children in developing self-confidence and independence. We offer tools for emotional regulation as children learn to understand their feelings.

Our program is designed to help children, parents and the community form a strong working relationship of respect and acceptance. We embrace principles of diversity and inclusion, and welcome all children to our centre.

Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is comprised of elected volunteer parents and community members from within the cooperative membership. They are trained on topics such as policy development, budgeting, financial management and governance practices, and make important decisions on policy and business strategy to ensure the continued success of Children’s Place Co-op Daycare.
