
Policies & Bylaws
Children's Place Co-op Daycare Bylaws are approved by the cooperative membership and reviewed annually. Policies to govern the cooperative are developed and approved by the Board of Directors, and implemented by the Executive Directors.
Children’s Place Co-op Inc provides important information about the current operations and policies in our detailed Parent Policies Manual. The Board of Directors regularly reviews and updates policies as needed, and all members are notified promptly of any updates. Clear and concise policies ensure smooth operations within our child care centre and communicates expectations for both the caregivers and the centre.
The By-laws on which the centre is governed are set forth in our Children’s Place Co-op By-Laws. These By-laws are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and any proposed By-law changes are review and voted on by the cooperative membership at the Annual General Meeting of Members each year.
