Our team consists of passionate, supportive and confident Early Childhood Educators and Child Care Assistants. Our experienced and highly trained team are continually growing their knowledge through certified annual training and professional development plans.

Children's Place Co-op staff are continuously broadening their knowledge and skill sets as child care professionals through certified training and professional development opportunities.

All staff participate in annual training and professional development, with additional specialized training workshops offered each year to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
Staff are encouraged and supported by the Board of Directors to pursue post-secondary programs to achieve higher designations within their field.
